  - This form is to be filled out once per institution
    by the institution's travel coordinator.
- Individual Registration
  - This form should be filled out for each conference
    attendee from an institution.

- Delegate: $165
- Advisor (double room): $185
- Advisor (single room): $310

3/8/24-3/10/24: Spring Leadership Conference

Cap of 10 delegates and 2 advisors per institution

All conference attendees should fill out a GLACURH Regional Conference Waiver.
Delegates under 18 should have their guardian fill out the Parent and Guardian Waiver.
Individuals wishing to room with someone of a different gender or who have no preference for roommate gender should fill out a Gender Inclusive Housing Waiver.

Extended educational sessions lasting for an hour and fifty minutes rather than the usual fifty minutes.

We hope this allows the delegation to tackle more complex topics and build skills with involved hands-on activities.
